No major violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Observed cookies and slices of cake during the inspection. Per owner, these items are from Costco. One panini grill, a <br /> microwave and a small toaster oven were observed on site. The menu contains toast with a fried egg, ham &egg burrito, and <br /> sausage, ham &bacon burrito. Per owner,the egg, ham,sausage and bacon are cooked in the microwave. <br /> Reminder: Panini grill cannot be used to cook items like eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, or anything that produces grease.
