Notifications Requirements . <br /> ❑ All releases with potential adverse impact (irregardless of quantity released) <br /> to: <br /> — Health (potential to cause an injury that goes to Hospital) or Death(s) <br /> — Safety (offsite evacuation or odor going offsite (be smelled beyond Plants property) <br /> — Be reported by or smelled by any passer by or neighbor <br /> — Environment (offsite to waste water or sewer) <br /> — Any release over the reportable quantity RQ (e.g. 100 pounds of liquid NH3) <br /> ❑ All chemical releases must be typically immediately reported to the following <br /> onsite individuals: <br /> — On-Duty Site Security <br /> — On-Duty Maintenance Mechanics <br /> — Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor <br /> — Site Safety Manager <br /> — Plant or General Manager <br />
