Per Operations Manger <br />Jim Ruddy, Vice President Dave Smith (listed as primary emergency contact) was promoted. The facility was unsure <br />on who the primary emergency contact should be. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 9 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The following chemicals were found on site that have not been reported to CERS: <br />-ChemStation 9813 (tank, above 55 gallons) <br />-ChemStation 12164 (tank, above 55 gallons) <br />-Colorant Waste Tote (275 gallons) <br />-MasterX-Seed 66 (2 55 gallon drums) <br />-Approximately 58 gallons of propane was observed near the shop. The inventory only lists 80 cubic feet. (Please list <br />propane in gallons). <br />The facility has a retail side that sells chemicals to the public. During the inspection, multiple pallets of Brickform <br />Color Hardeners and Brickform Antique Release were observed in the warehouse . Per the safety data sheets, both <br />chemicals have an NFPA health hazard of 3. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. Per California Health and Safety Code 25507: <br />(ii) A consumer product sold at a retail establishment that has a National Fire Protection Association or “NFPA” or <br />Hazardous Materials Identification System or “HMIS” rating of 3 or 4 and is stored, at any time, in quantities equal to, <br />or greater than, 165 gallons for a liquid, 600 cubic feet for a gas, and 1,500 pounds for a solid.
