Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 13, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 400 S LINCOLN ST, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> KNIFE RIVER <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />the product to be reported in accordance with this chapter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, correct the propane amount, add the materials above and all applicable hazardous <br />materials that the facility sells to the public to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The hazardous material handling and storage areas was incorrect. <br />Several chemical names were out dated. In addition, some chemicals are used in multiple areas. <br />The following chemicals were found on site that were not in the map: <br />-ChemStation 9813 (tank, above 55 gallons) <br />-ChemStation 12164 (tank, above 55 gallons) <br />-Colorant Waste Tote (275 gallons) <br />-MasterX-Seed 66 (2 55 gallon drums) <br />-Brickform Color Hardeners (multiple pallets) <br />-Brickform Antique Release (multiple pallets) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection was conducted on January 13, 2025. The report was completed and issued on January 14, 2025. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by February 13, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
