A test report has <br /> not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 21 CA Code of Regulations 2637, 2638(e), 2643(g)2030064- CUPA was notified within 48 hours prior to testing. <br /> OBSERVATION:A cold start monitoring system certification was performed on 10/14/2024 without providing <br /> notification to the EHD at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Notification shall be provided to the CUPA at least 48 hours in advance of testing. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The EHD will not accept these results and testing must be rescheduled with a 48-hour <br /> notification. Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 47 CA Health and Safety Code 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3)2030008-Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is <br /> free of water. <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the diesel STP sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed liquid from the diesel STP sump and returned the sensor to <br /> its proper location.
