The spill container test result from 4/1/2024 was not <br /> maintained on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill container that collects any hazardous substances <br /> spilled during delivery operations, that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of <br /> the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The fuel cap in the spill container was replaced and retested and passed during the <br /> inspection.
