I noticed that there was an additional violation listed that was not on the initial <br />report issued during the September 23, 2025 inspection, specifically #77 <br />(2030073 - Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving <br />report). I have added my response to EHD regarding the violation in question. <br />Please see attachment.
