If I've missed or misinterpreted anything, please feel free to <br />add or correct. <br />EcoCheck will submit the permit application to EHD on RTD's behalf for <br />both the sensors and secondary containment, as discussed during the <br />September 23, 2025 inspection. Once approved, RTD will continue its <br />Return to Compliance efforts related to item #49 and proceed with <br />installation. The application will also include the lid gasket noted as item <br />#36 on the RTC form. <br />EHD clarified that RTD is not facing a January 1, 2026 deadline or <br />shutdown. EcoCheck will submit the permit application to initiate the <br />RTC process.
