The report was amended same <br />day as inspection (9/23/2024) to add a note at the bottom of the report and adjust language in items #47 and #49. <br />The report was amended again on 5/30/2025 to remove note on the bottom of report regarding leak detectors. This <br />amended report replaces all preceeding inspection reports. At time of amendment, all violations have already been <br />corrected. No additional follow up is required. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
