Freeze Dried Fruits, Vegetables and Grains <br />Fruit and Vegetable Processing - Fruits and vegetables will be thoroughly washed , peeled (if necessary) <br />and cut, chopped or pureed prior to freeze drying. Some vegetables may need to be blanched or boiled <br />prior to freeze drying. Fruits and vegetables may be mixed in different combinations. Upon completion of <br />the freeze drying process, candy will be packaged in airtight, moisture-proof containers or vacuum-sealed <br />bags.
