Upon <br />completion of the freeze drying process, candy will be packaged in airtight, moisture-proof containers or <br />vacuum-sealed bags. Desiccant packets may be used in packaging to prolong shelf life. <br />APPLES, SUGAR, CORN SYRUP, LIQUID SUGAR, SKIM MILK, PALM OIL, BUTTER (CREAM, SALT), SALT, MONO- <br />AND DIGLYCERIDES, SOY LECITHIN <br />Extracts <br />Extract Processing: Vanilla beans and cinnamon will be split and covered in 80 Proof alcohol. Extract will <br />be stored in sterilized glass jars or bottles during the extraction process. After the extraction period, the <br />vanilla and cinnamon pieces will be filtered using a fine mesh strainer. Extract will be packaged in clean <br />and sterilized jars or bottles with the appropriate caps or lids, ensuring that the seal is secure to maintain <br />freshness and prevent evaporation. <br />Vanilla Extract: <br />Vanilla beans, Vodka 40% alc./vol.
