Some violations have been closed that were related to CERS but all other items were not responded to. <br /> The last correspondence I had with CHP was with Avinash who was asking only about APSA report but 3 reports <br /> were issued (APSA, HMBP, HW). Christina initially submitted some responses to the 3 reports but they were not <br /> enough to close any violations. Please see email attached that I sent in this same thread from 4/2/2025 detailing <br /> what are needed to close violations (or scroll to 4/2/2025 in this thread). Please note that APSA#22 was removed <br /> after discussion with the PE that writes CHP's SPCC Plan (email of amended report also attached and CHP Fuel <br /> Tank was also included). <br /> We are sending non-compliance letters to all facilities with open violations next week.Which would mean all time <br /> related to getting facilities back into compliance would become chargeable time at the current EHD hourly rate (as <br /> of 7/1/2025—$179).
