Testing has <br /> not been completed for the auto fueling side and is 13 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This test is required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware <br /> that all EHD staff time associated with a reinspection will be billed at our current hourly rate ($179). <br /> OBSERVATION: Annual spill container testing was previously performed on 6/28/23 and was completed on 7/7/2025, 13 <br /> months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This test is required upon completion of installation and every 12 months thereafter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a Repeat(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> UST Reinspection <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by August 6, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> "TESTING IS INCOMPLETE" <br /> The auto fueling side has not been tested. The auto fueling side monitoring equipment was due for testing by June <br /> 30 and is currently 1 month overdue.
