Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> This is(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 6 CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a)3010010- Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION:The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br /> during the inspection.The following manifests were not observed on site: <br /> -018927886FLE <br /> -019320309FLE <br /> -019320310FLE <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years[DATE RANGE]for all hazardous <br /> waste.
