LEA was not notified of the emergency incident within 24 hours of <br />occurrence. Previous reporting was for a fire that occurred 9/30/2025 in the MRF. <br />Small pile of compost observed on site. Compost pile was an estimated 1-2 cubic <br />yards. Operator noted that they took part in a compost give away program that gave <br />free compost to customers of the transfer station.
