fluids generated from the processing of natural gas as it is withdrawn from the underground <br />gas storage field. This fluid consists primarily of crude oil range organics and some volatile <br />range organics but mostly water. The flashpoint of the liquid is >201° F. <br /> (D) The identification of the hazardous material or hazardous waste last held in the <br />tank supported by: <br /> 1. A statement signed by the tank operator certifying the identity of the material or <br />waste last stored or accumulated in the tank; or <br /> 2. If residuals remain in the tank in sufficient quantity to be collected and <br />analyzed, a chemical analysis of the residual in the tank; Representative analytical data is <br />attached. <br /> (E) The name and credentials of the individual who will provide certification pursuant <br />to subsection (f), when applicable; David Matthews , Clean Harbors Environmental Services, <br />Inc., CA720298, A, C12, Haz <br /> (F) The intended disposition and destination of the tank system. A small volume of <br />residual fluid remains in the tank at this time, and will be removed and managed appropriately <br />along with the cleaning solution wastewater. Any generated tank sludge will be drummed, <br />sampled and then properly disposed. The tank will be completely emptied of residual product <br />and triple-rinsed to ensure the interior flammable atmosphere level to less than 10% of the <br />Lower Explosion Limit (LEL). A mild detergent will be utilized in the cleaning process. <br />All wastes generated during the cleaning and closure process will be packaged, transported <br />and disposed of in accordance with all applicable rules & regulations.
