A complete Hazardous Materials <br />Business Plan was not electronically submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) within 60 <br />days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br />electronically. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: An initial Hazardous Materials Business Plan was electronically submitted to CERS on <br />10/7/24, 83 days after opening for business (23 days late). <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 2 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(c) 1010017 - Business plan readily available to site personnel responsible for <br />emergency response or training. <br />OBSERVATION: Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information upon request. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms were inaccurate.
