Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />November 20, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2225 MONTE DIABLO AVE , Stockton <br /> Facility Name: <br /> Sherwin Williams Store #721023 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The reported amounts and types of chemicals need to be updated to match what is stored <br />on site. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br />enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is inaccurate. <br />-Hazardous waste storage area between the office and the restrooms is not labeled on the site map . <br />-Hazardous waste storage area behind the counter is not labeled on the site map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Store Manager Anthony Castro provided electronic training records during the inspection showing that <br />two employees had not completed their initial HMBP training . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br />This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br />years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />FA0001718 PR2400428 SC 001 11/20/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 3 of 4 <br />1868 E.
