Stockton, CA <br />This letter is in reference to the bacteriological failures that occurred in the month of July <br />2004 at the SBC Water System located at 2300 E. Eight Mile Rd., Stockton, CA. After <br />reviewing all possible causes of the bacteriological failure, I am unable to determine the <br />cause of the problem. We did not find anything out of the ordinary, or anything that <br />would give cause for concern.
