An inspection repot was left at each <br />site which noted chemical sampling deficiencies. The compliance dates were April 10 and March 10. On April 25, 2002 a <br />review was made of these facilities and each were found to still be out of compliance. A Notice of Violation was sent to <br />Environmental Mgt (See attached). To date the chemical results have not been received. Please fax/mail any result you <br />currently have . For any result you lack, contact your lab and have the wellhead sampled as noted in the attached <br />chem violation <br />letter.pacific... <br />documents.
