The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EMILS LIQUOR & SPORTS SHOP* as of July 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Open violations from May 02, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#1 -2030021 -Facility has a valid Permit to Operate from the CUPA. <br /> OBSERVATION: Fees for the annual permit to operate the UST system was not paid until 2/15/2024. The facility was <br /> operating without a permit from 1/1/2024 to 2/14/2024. REGULATION GUIDANCE: No person may own or operate an <br /> UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST <br /> system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure the facility has a current permit to operate the underground storage tanks at all times. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3-2010013-Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> -The manager information provided in the second person having responsibility section is not the same throughout the <br /> monitoring plans. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br />
