A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> KETTLEMAN CHEVRON 601 E KETTLEMAN LN, LODI J Uly 24 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed <br /> in a timely manner. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 28 CA Code of Regulations 2638(a), 2641 Q)2030043- Leak detection equipment properly installed, calibrated, operated, <br /> and maintained (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 West STP sump 208 sensor was located 6 inches above the bottom of the tank and the 407 <br /> 91 annular sensor was in alarm once tested and would not turn off. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in <br /> accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified for operability, proper operating condition, and proper <br /> calibration. . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Service Technician Steve Miller, moved the 208 sensor located in the 87 West STP sump so <br /> that it was located at the bottom of the sump to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.Additionally,the 407 sensor <br /> was replaced with a 409 sensor at the time of inspection. No further action needed. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 30 CA Code of Regulations 2630(d),2641(a)2060015-Leak detection equipment located so leak is detected at the <br /> earliest possible opportunity(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 208 sensor located in the 87 STP sump was raised approximately 6 inches off the lowest point <br /> of the sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician Steve <br /> Miller. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
