A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> fast and easy mart#103 8660 LOWER SACRAMENTO RD, STOCKTON May 22 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 52 CA Code of Regulations 2635(c)(1)2030036-Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill <br /> requirements(TCR 9b). <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was last performed on June 4, 2021 and was completed on July 1, 2024, <br /> one day past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
