The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SAI GAS AND FOOD as of June 26, 2025. <br /> Open violations from April 29, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> - One 55-gallon drum of UST parts and liquid was observed on site without an accumulation start date . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #23 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> - One 55-gallon drum of UST parts and liquid was missing the following on the label: name and address of generator, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
