The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SAI GAS AND FOOD as of June 26, 2025. <br /> Open violations from April 29, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> - One 55-gallon drum of UST parts and liquid was observed in on the side of the store without a lid . Per, employee <br /> Deepi, they do not have a lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #51 - 3030034 - Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: The employee on site, Deepi, could not show during the inspection the location of a spill <br /> kit/absorbent. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Obtain a spill kit/absorbent for the facility in case of spills. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
