The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DEL TERRA FARMS LLC as of October 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 09, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#23-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -One red 350 gallon tank containing used oil located was observed without the generator information <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket was observed with used oil without hazardous waste labeling <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#29-3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the time of inspection,the following were observed: <br /> -Four rusted 55 gallon drums sitting on a palette located in the hazardous waste storage area were observed to be <br /> empty. <br /> -Two metal tanks located inside the boneyard were observed to be empty without the word "empty"and start date. <br /> -One rusted 55 gallon drum with red spray paint was observed without the word "empty"and start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
