The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been addressed for DEL TERRA FARMS LLC as of October 01, 2025. Open violations from May 09, 2025 inspection Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: -One 5 gallon black bucket was located inside the shop next to the 220 gallon 15W-40 was observed with metal and paper filters without a lid or hazardous waste labels. -Two black and one red 55 gallon metal drums located in the hazardous waste storage area were observed with incomplete labeling; missing generator information and accumulation start dates. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, rainproof containers. Label the container with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used gasoline filters", depending on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#48-3010022-Posted emergency information next to the telephone. OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site.
