The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DEL TERRA FARMS LLC as of October 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 09, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One 5 gallon black bucket was located inside the shop next to the 220 gallon 15W-40 was observed with metal and <br /> paper filters without a lid or hazardous waste labels. <br /> -Two black and one red 55 gallon metal drums located in the hazardous waste storage area were observed with <br /> incomplete labeling; missing generator information and accumulation start dates. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br /> Filters. California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br /> rainproof containers. Label the container with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used gasoline filters", depending <br /> on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br /> than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br /> waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#48-3010022-Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br /> of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site.
