The missing manifests are: <br /> -025594136JJK 8/14/2023 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to <br /> the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br /> copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Kathy Bacchetti, secretary. No further <br /> action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 8 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2)3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Kathy Bacchetti, secretary,who printed <br /> the copies and are now kept on site. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f)3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
