A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> CQLJIVTY AMENDED <br /> 6/24/2025 <br /> CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> DEL TERRA FARMS LLC 33600 S KOSTER RD,TRACY May 09, 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 48 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3010022-Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br /> of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION:The following were observed during the time of inspection: <br /> - Dry stain were observed in the soil next to the used oil tank and used oil filters indicating the spill on the ground was <br /> not cleaned up. <br /> - Unknown liquid are observed inside the secondary containment for the used oil tank. <br /> - Unknown liquid are observed in the secondary container of the 220 gallon red "DTF"tank. <br /> - Large stain is observed in the fuel island next to pump#2 on the concrete pad and on the wall of the secondary <br /> containment indicating the spill on the ground was not cleaned up. <br /> -Spills are observed on the ground in the shop that was not cleaned up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean stains and clean the secondary containments. Manage the waste <br /> according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final <br /> disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
