Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(aD-sigov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including newly installed <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring meets the requirements of CCR Title 23 <br /> and California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. <br /> b. Verification of proper installation of the float cup plugs. <br /> c. Verification of removal of compartment barriers inside the UDCs. <br /> 4. Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess, or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (CSLB) <br /> • A current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> (ICC) <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> installed <br /> 1868 E.
