<br />2 <br /> <br /> 2. STORE CLOSURE ACTIVITIES The EC Group, LLC (ECG) was engaged by The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack (Pep Boys) to conduct store closure activities at the property identified as Pep Boys Store #710 located at 845 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Stockton, California. World Oil Environmental Services (WOES) of Compton, California and Kept Companies (Fleetwash Facility Services) of Tracy, California conducted the on-site closure activities. The activities included the following: <br />Waste Material Removal – The used and new motor oil tanks were pumped out by WOES and the material was transported by WOES for recycling. Additionally, WOES removed waste antifreeze, wastewater, brake fluid and brake lathe grindings from the site and transported the material for recycling/disposal. <br />Oil/Water Separator – The oil/water separator located at the site was cleaned by WOES and the oily water was transported by WOES for recycling/disposal. <br />Aboveground Storage Tanks – One 250-gallon SafeWaste double-walled steel AST utilized for the storage of used motor oil, one 300-gallon Ingersoll Rand double-walled steel AST used for the storage of new oil and two 100-gallon Lube Cube double-walled steel AST utilized for the storage of antifreeze and wastewater were cleaned and removed from the site and disposed of by WOES. <br />Waste Drums– Drums containing used oil filters were removed from the site by WOES. WOES also removed, transported and disposed of the following: <br />• One Cubic Yard Box of Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste Solids (Oily Debris) <br />• 61 4-foot fluorescent lamps <br />• One 5-gallon drum of Aerosols <br />• One 55-gallon drum of Waste Paint Related Materials <br />• One 55-gallon drum of used oil <br />• Six 55-gallon drums of hydraulic oil from lifts <br />• Seven 55-gallon drums of oily water/tank residuals <br />
