Tracy Blvd SR2501576 <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a minor plan check permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) <br /> system at the above noted address: <br /> • Replace dispensers with conversion frame installation <br /> The minor plan check permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(cD-sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br /> UDCs. <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> c. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> d. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) <br /> 1868 E.
