Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 16, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br />1124 N INTERNATIONAL PKWY, TRACY <br /> Facility Name: <br />MOUNTAIN HOUSE CHEVRON <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean staining and begin to address spills as they occur. Manage the waste <br />according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting <br />documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final <br />disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br />finished on 7/3/25 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 8/2/25. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
