Waste profile forms will be prepared, and the soil and purge water will be transported
for offsite disposal to an approved disposal facility in accordance with applicable regulations.
Piping trench and system compound excavation spoils will be placed in roll-off containers staged temporarily
onsite, then transported to an approved disposal facility in accordance with applicable regulations. Piping trench
excavation spoils will be sampled at the beginning of construction to establish a disposal profile. Other
construction waste will be characterized as needed and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
6.6 As-Built Surveying and Documentation
Upon completion of construction, a licensed surveyor will perform an as -built survey of the following major
remediation system components.
• Extraction wells;
• Treatment system equipment and fence; and
• Conveyance piping runs.
Results of the survey will be used to develop a revised site plan and an as -built remediation system layout. The
as-built system drawings and specifications will also show changes that were made during construction. As -built
documentation will be included in a forthcoming Construction Completion Report.
