Forward Landfill - 3 - 27 December 2018 <br />temporary storage in above ground tanks until the water can be treated and disposed of <br />into the infiltration basin or disposed of in the class II surface impoundments is <br />acceptable. <br />• In addition to summarizing the hydraulic testing results, the Aquifer Testing Summary <br />Report shall include an updated conceptual site model for the Austin Road Unit that <br />includes geologic cross sections with the existing wells and newly installed wells (or <br />borings) along the Point of Compliance. <br />Please obtain all necessary boring and construction permits from San Joaquin County. Once <br />installed, the monitoring wells shall be sampled in accordance with Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program R5-2014-0006. The Monitoring Well Installation Report and Aquifer Testing Summary <br />Report are due no later than 15 April 2019. <br />All reports, including the Monitoring Well Installation Report and well completion logs shall be <br />uploaded to GeoTracker and an upload certification shall be e-mailed to <br />centralvalleysacramento@waterboards.ca.gov.
