The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for PILOT TRAVEL CENTER LATHROP - 1017 as of August 01, 2025. Open violations from August 21, 2024 inspection Violation#10-2030074-Annual Monitoring System Certification Form to the CUPA within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 8/8/2023 and a test report was submitted on 9/18/2023,41 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. CORRECTIVE ACTION:Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#47-2030008-Secondary containment installed after July 1,2003 is free of water. OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the following: -UDC 1-2:drip was observed under the diesel filter -UDC 5-6:drip was observed under the diesel filter -UDC 9-10: drip was observed under the diesel filter -UDC 11-12: drip was observed under the diesel filter REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage accordingly.
