The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PILOT TRAVEL CENTER LATHROP - 1017 as of August 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from August 21, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#56-2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements(TCR <br /> 12). <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the <br /> 6/20/2024, 3/9/2024, and 3/7/2024 designated operator inspection report and failed to check that they were responded <br /> to appropriately. The missing alarms include: <br /> -6/20/2024: L21 alarm <br /> -3/9/2024: L1 alarm <br /> -3/7/2024: L1 alarm <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history since the <br /> previous inspection, check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the <br /> alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the inspection report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of the <br /> required information on the reports. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
