Reporting <br /> California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Form 188 Well Completion Reports for the 28 <br /> abandoned wells will be prepared by the licensed C-57 driller, reviewed by Jacobs, and submitted to <br /> DWR. <br /> A well abandonment letter report will be submitted to the CV-RWQCB. The letter report will contain a brief <br /> description of field procedures, a Site plan, well abandonment permits, waste profile data, and waste <br /> manifests.
