Geosyntec <br /> consultants <br /> 5. GROUNDWATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> After completion of well installation and development activities, monitoring wells MW-5C <br /> and MW-7C will be monitored in accordance with the requirements stipulated for wells MW- <br /> 5B and MW-713 in the Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. R5-2025-0801 issued <br /> by the State of California, CRWQCB, on January 28, 2025. The next scheduled monitoring <br /> event that will include wells MW-5C and MW-7C will be the second semi-annual Site <br /> monitoring event in August or September 2025. Consistent with the sampling protocol used <br /> in previous monitoring of MW-513 and MW-713,wells MW-5C and MW-7C will each have a <br /> dedicated bladder pump installed for collection of groundwater samples. <br /> 6. SCHEDULE <br /> Fieldwork will begin within 30 days of CRWQCB approval of this Work Plan and receipt of <br /> the required SJCEHD permits. Fieldwork is estimated to require three days to complete (one <br /> day each for well destructions, well installations, and well development). As per SJCEHD <br /> requirements, Geosyntec will provide notification to the county at least 48 hours in advance <br /> of the scheduled field activities so that inspection may be performed by a SJCEHD <br /> representative. Geosyntec will also provide advance notification to the CRWQCB for the <br /> scheduled field work at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled field activities. <br /> Within 60 days of completion of well MW-513 and MW-713 destruction, the following <br /> submittals will be provided: (i) a report to CRWQCB summarizing the well destruction <br /> activities and (ii) a Well Completion Report (Department of Water Resources [DWR] Form <br /> 188)to the DWR and CRWQCB. Within 60 days of completion of well MW-5C and MW-7C <br /> installation, a report to CRWQCB summarizing the well installation activities and a Well <br /> Completion Report (DWR Form 188) will be submitted to the DWR and CRWQCB. A <br /> summary of the well destruction and installation activities will be also be included in the Site's <br /> 2025 Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report. <br /> OxyChem-Stockton MW Replacement Work Plan 7.18.25 7 2025.07.l 8 <br />
