I thought I'd check in with you regarding the question on soil sampling at the OxyChem <br /> Stockton site I recently emailed you about(please see email below for details). We'd just like to know if soil sampling for <br /> nitrogen compounds is still required by the RWQCl3 for this Site; if so then we will be collecting these samples later this <br /> month when we perform the second semi-annual Site monitoring event. A boring permit from San Joaquin County Env. <br /> Health Dept. is necessary to collect these soil samples, so I didn't want to submit that permit application until I had <br /> confirmation from you that this is still a requirement. <br /> Please feel free to contact me at your convenience if you have any questions regarding this issue.
