<br />AUDIO/ VISUAL ALARM WILL GO ON. LEAK DETECTION @ SUMP WILL CAUSE SUMP SHUT DOWN LEAK
<br />DETECTION @ DISPENSER SUMP WILL CAUSE DISPENSER SHUT DOWN. AUDIO/ VISUAL ALARM WILL GO
<br />OFF IF ANNULAR SPACE MONITOR OR SUMP. MONITORING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED TO PERMIT
<br />CONDITIONS. MONITORING SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED TO THE SAME STANDARD FOR COMMUNICATIONS
<br />AS REQUIRED BY OWNER.
<br />INSTALL NEW CONCRETE TANK MAT AND OTHER CONCRETE AS INDICATED ON SITE PLAN. DRIVE SLAB
<br />SHALL BE PER BUOYANCY CALCS.
<br />INSTALL DISPENSERS AND CONSOLES AS INDICATED ON SITE PLAN AND DESCRIBED IN THE EQUIPMENT
<br />LIST.
<br />THE ABOVE MENTIONED LIST IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY. CITY, COUNTY, OR OTHER
<br />GOVERNING AGENCIES, MAY HAVE OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED TO. IT
<br />IS THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM AND MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS.
<br />CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VENT AND VAPOR RECOVERY PIPING SYSTEM
<br />PASSING ANY LOCALLY IMPOSED TEST REQUIREMENTS.
<br />METER CALIBRATION, CONFIRMED AND ADJUSTED. (RESULTS MUST BE SENT TO WEIGHTS
<br />& MEASURES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF COMPLETION)
<br />UPON COMPLETION OF PRIMARY PIPING AND BEFORE GLUING. SECONDARY HAS
<br />TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO GLUING OF PRIMARY. PRESSURE TESTING NOT TO
<br />EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE OF FUEL PIPING COMPONENTS.
<br />IMPACT VALVES ARE RATED AT 50PSI TESTING TO BE ACCORDING TO PIPE
<br />MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE OWNER 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR TESTING
<br />AND COMPLY WITH PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR LOCAL INSPECTORS..
<br />UPON COMPLETION OF SECONDARY PIPING AND BEFORE PLACEMENT OF ANY
<br />BACKFILL, TEST SECONDARY PIPING AS REQUIRED BY PIPE MANUFACTURER.
<br />THERE MUST BE TWO (2) GAUGES (0-100 PSI) PER PRODUCT BEING
<br />TESTED.
<br />MAKE SURE PERSONNEL ARE KEPT AWAY FROM PIPING SYSTEM DURING ANY
<br />TIME INITIAL PRESSURIZATION IS BEING APPLIED.
<br />APPLY PRESSURE IN 15-20 PSI INTERVALS UNTIL REACHING A MAXIMUM OF 60
<br />PSI.
<br />MARK CRITICAL PRESURES ON GAUGES WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE AT THE
<br />BEGINNING OF EACH TEST.
<br />AFTER PROVING SYSTEM TIGHTNESS, APPLY 50 PSI PRESSURE, HOLD FOR ONE
<br />MINUTE, THEN RELEASE PRESSURE. REPEAT PRESSURIZATION CYCLE A MINIMUM
<br />OF (5) TIMES.
<br />UPON COMPLETION OF THE ABOVE TESTS, KEEP PRESSURE AT 50 PSI FOR A
<br />MINIMUM OF (3) HOURS. OBSERVE PRESSURE GAUGES FOR ANY LOSS.
<br />THIS SITE IS PREVIOUSLY UNDEVELOPED AND HAS NO FUEL CONTAMINATION.
<br />CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE COMPLETED "APPROPRIATE
<br />MANUFACTURERS PIPES TRAINING" (CERTIFICATE REQUIRED). CONTRACTOR SHALL
<br />COMPLETE THE "PIPING SYSTEMS INSTALLATION CHECKLIST FOR UNDERGROUND
<br />PETROLEUM PIPES" AND SHALL FURNISH THE OWNER WITH COPIES OF ALL
<br />APPROPRIATE CERTIFICATES.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY "TANK MANUFACTURER FOR TANK
<br />INSTALLATION" CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE "TANK INSTALLATION CHECKLIST"
<br />(SUPPLIED TO CONTRACTOR BY MANUFACTURER DURING TANK DELIVERY) AND SHALL
<br />FURNISH A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT TO THE OWNER.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL DEVELOP A SPECIFIC SITE SAFETY PLAN PRIOR TO THE START OF
<br />WORK. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT WEEKLY JOB SITE SAFETY MEETINGS WITH IT'S
<br />EMPLOYEES.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT PROOF OF ALL REQUIRED INSURANCE TO THE
<br />OWNER AND SHALL NAME "ALLIED FUELS " AS "ALSO INSURED."
<br />COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACTOR'S PROTECTIVE
<br />LIABILITY, COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY, AND CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY,
<br />WITH A COMBINED SINGLE LIMIT OF NOT LESS THAN $1,000,000 PER
<br />OCCURRENCE FOR BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
<br />EMPLOYEES LIABILITY WITH A MINIMUM LIMIT OF LIABILITY OF $1,000,000 FOR
<br />EACH OCCURRENCE.
<br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY COVERING USE OF ALL OWNED HIRED VEHICLES WITH
<br />A COMBINED SINGLE LIMIT OF SINGLE UNIT OF LIABILITY OF NOT LESS THAN
<br />$1,000,000 PER OCCURRENCE FOR BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
<br />GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, AND
<br />SERVICES NECESSARY FOR OR REASONABLY INCIDENTAL TO THE SATISFACTORY
<br />COMPLETION OF ALL WORK SHOWN ON, CALLED FOR, OR REQUIRED BY THE
<br />DRAWINGS.
<br />ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT 2016
<br />CALIFORNIA FIRE, BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL CODES, CCR TITLE
<br />23,DIVISION 3, CHAPTER 16, ARTICLE 3; AND CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD
<br />REQUIREMENTS.
<br />ALL EXCAVATIONS SHALL BE PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH OSHA AND STATE
<br />REGULATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REFERRED TO THE OSHA BOOKLET, "EXCAVATING
<br />AND TRENCHING OPERATIONS, FOR SAFE WORK PRACTICES GUIDE" FOR PERFORMING
<br />EXCAVATION WORK.
<br />UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE
<br />OWNER WITH "AS BUILT" DRAWINGS OF ALL ITEMS INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
<br />"AS BUILTS" SHALL BE COMPLETED ON-SITE.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A WORK SCHEDULE TO THE OWNER BEFORE
<br />COMMENCING ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL INSPECTIONS AND APPROVALS AND
<br />SHALL OBTAIN, AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, ALL CERTIFICATES
<br />REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE FACILITY.
<br />FENCE OFF FUEL SYSTEM WORK AREA WITH 6' HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE. AT THE
<br />END OF EACH WORK DAY SECURE FENCING PANELS TOGETHER.
<br />THE OWNER SHALL PROVIDE FOR TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF EXCAVATED SOIL
<br />AFTER COMPLETION OF ANY NECESSARY REMEDIATION, INCLUDING AERATION.
<br />INSTALL NEW PETROLEUM PRODUCT, VENT & VAPOR LINES PER SITE PLAN, STANDARD
<br />TANK DRAWINGS, AND PER PIPING GENERAL NOTES ON SHEET FS-1.
<br />ALL PIPING OTHER THAN FIBERGLASS SHALL BE
<br />BLACK IRON (GALVANIZED PIPE IS NOT
<br />ALLOWED). ALL BELOW GRADE PIPING SHALL BE
<br />FRP, NO EXCEPTIONS.
<br />NEW HIRT VENT SYSTEM, INSTALL PER MANUFACTURER'S
