Off-Site Groundwater Well Installation Work Plan <br /> McBillin Real Estate Investment Property <br /> 2154 South El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton,San Joaquin County, California <br /> Page 3 <br /> November 10, 2021 — Apex submitted a Remedial Action Plan. <br /> January 19, 2022 — In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested a Revised RAP that addresses the <br /> comments in the referenced CVRWQCB letter by March 25, 2022. <br /> April 29, 2022 — Apex submitted a Revised RAP as requested in the January 19, 2022 letter by the <br /> CVRWQCB. <br /> August 10, 2022 — In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested the installation of proposed remediation <br /> wells as described in the April 29, 2022 Revised RAP, and submit a well installation report by <br /> November 11, 2022. <br /> August 22, 2023 —In a letter titled, Updated Request for Remediation Startup Report and Addition <br /> Work Plan, McBillin Real Estate Investment, 2154 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County, LUST Case 9391184, Global ID #T10000002615, the CVRWQCB summarized the <br /> ECAP/JET call held on August 14, 2023. Site-specific processes/procedures are outlined within each section of the <br /> workplan below. <br /> SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ACTIVITIES <br /> On August 14, 2023, Apex and the CVRWQCB completed an ECAP/JET conference call during <br /> which, it was agreed that two (2) additional deep monitoring wells are needed to delineate the <br /> downgradient extent of the Site dissolved hydrocarbon plume(Appendix A). The existing deep zone <br /> monitoring well network is depicted within the attached Figure 3. During the August 14 meeting, it <br /> was agreed that the additional monitoring wells should be installed east and southeast of the existing <br /> MW-12 utilizing a similar screen interval to that utilized within MW-12. The proposed deep zone <br /> monitoring well configuration based on the August 14, 2023 conference call and subsequent <br /> reconnaissance by Apex staff is included within the attached Figure 4. Minor adjustments to <br /> locations due to traffic management requirements, permitting, and utilities may be required. <br />
