Off-Site Groundwater Well Installation Work Plan <br /> McBillin Real Estate Investment Property <br /> 2154 South El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton,San Joaquin County,California <br /> Page 2 <br /> April 16, 2016 — The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) issued a Review Summary <br /> Report for the Site. In the review,the SWRCB recommended conducting a water supply well survey <br /> within 1,000 feet of the Site, assess vapor intrusion risk to indoor air along the east side of the Site <br /> near residential housing and evaluate groundwater remedial technologies. <br /> April 20, 2018—CVRWQCB requested that AGE prepare a workplan to install soil vapor extraction <br /> (SVE) and air sparging (AS) wells and provide details of a proposed SVE/AS system. <br /> September 13, 2018 — In a letter, the CVRWQCB concurred with a Revision to Pilot Test Work <br /> Plan, submitted by AGE. <br /> May 23, 2019 —AGE submitted their Remediation Well Installation Report to the CVRWQCB. <br /> August 2019 —Apex was retained as the environmental consultant for the Site. <br /> November 7, 2019 —Apex conducted an eight-hour SVE/AS pilot test at the Site. <br /> December 12 through 18, 2019 — Apex conducted the second semi-annual 2019 groundwater <br /> monitoring event and groundwater batch extraction from MW-6 and IAS-1 as part of the SVE/AS <br /> pilot test contingency plan. <br /> March 20,2020—In a letter,the CVRWQCB requested a Pilot Test Report detailing the completion <br /> of the Pilot test and findings. <br /> May 21, 2020—Apex submitted a Second Semi Annual2019 Groundwater Monitoring Report, and <br /> Pilot Test Results Report in response to the CVRWQCB letter, dated March 20, 2020. <br /> June 12, 2020 — In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested a Dual Phase Extraction (DPE) Pilot Test <br /> Work Plan by August 14, 2020. <br /> August 12, 2020 —Apex submitted a Dual-Phase Extraction Pilot Test Work Plan as requested in <br /> the June 12, 2020 letter by the CVRWQCB. <br /> September 11, 2020 —In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested a DPE Pilot Test Report detailing the <br /> completion and conclusions of the pilot test by December 11, 2020. <br /> December 11, 2020 — Apex requested to extend the deadline for the DPE Pilot Test Report. <br /> December 16, 2020—In an email, the CVRWQCB granted a deadline extension to March 31, 2020. <br /> April 16, 2021 — Apex submitted a Dual-Phase Extraction Pilot Test Results Report. <br /> July 7, 2021 —In a letter, the CVRWQCB requested a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) by September <br /> 17, 2021. <br />
