Oscar stated <br />that all affiliated sites will have a facility name change from Sprint to Cogent Fiber LLC. Please ensure a CERS <br />submittal reflecting the name change is submitted within 30 days of the effective date and amend all relevant <br />sections of the SPCC Plan to reflect the name change within six months. <br />Note 2: Generator 2 was observed to have a retail size container wired to the end of an open pipe containing a small <br />amount of liquid. Data Center Operations Manager Juan Aguilera stated it is in place to catch extra drips of oil from <br />entering the system. Please be advised that all hazardous waste containers must have a completed hazardous waste <br />label. <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br />on 8/25/25 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />by September 24, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
