Obtain a verification of commissary. <br /> 2. Obtain an Insignia from the State Housing and Community Development prior to EHD <br /> inspection. Their phone number is 916-255-2501. <br /> 3. Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. <br /> Vent must be terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh 1 inch screen. <br /> (114213) <br /> 4. Passthrough window screens shall be at least 16 mesh/ inch (114259.2) <br /> 5. The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirements of the California Mechanical <br /> Code.(114149.1) <br /> 6. Floor and wall junction shall be coved with 318" minimum radius coving, and floor surface <br /> extends up at least 4 inches (114301 (g) <br /> 7. All manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for sanitation by <br /> an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program. All <br /> proposed equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC <br /> §114130]. <br /> The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be performed, <br /> operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for business.
