Obtain a verification of commissary. <br /> 2. Obtain an Insignia from the State Housing and Community Development prior to EHD <br /> inspection. Their phone number is 916-255-2501. <br /> 3. Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. <br /> Vent must be terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh 1 inch screen. <br /> (114213) <br /> 4.
