2. Such insurance shall not be subject to cancellation except upon thirty (30) <br /> days' prior written notice to District. <br /> 3. All insurance required hereunder shall be with insurance companies <br /> which (i) are rated by Best's Insurance Reports, (ii) have a rating of at <br /> least A-(VIII) and (iii) are licensed to do business in the state where the <br /> property is located. Prior to commencement of the performance of the <br /> Environmental sampling, Contractor shall deliver to Property Owner <br /> certificates of insurance evidencing the coverages required hereunder or <br /> such other evidence of compliance with the foregoing insurance <br /> requirements as is required by, and satisfactory and acceptable to, <br /> Property Owner. <br /> 4. The following parties shall be named as additional insureds under the <br /> Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability (if any) and Umbrella <br /> Liability insurance policies required to be maintained by Contractor and <br /> Contractor's consultant and/or any subcontractor thereof: Property <br /> Owner and its officers, directors and employees. <br /> 5. All Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability policies <br /> maintained by Contractor and Contractor's consultant and/or any <br /> subcontractor thereof shall contain a cross-liability provision and shall <br /> provide primary coverage as to Property Owner, and any other insurance <br /> available to Property Owner shall be noncontributing therewith. <br />
