Payment <br /> FR hereby proposes the cost for performing the aforementioned scope of work for the client to be: <br /> $ 9,699.00 <br /> The above-listed price reflects non-expedited fieldwork scheduling and normal lab analysis turnaround <br /> time. Please choose from the following fieldwork scheduling and lab analysis turnaround time options: <br /> • Expedited Options <br /> 7-day Turnaround (Normal) No additional fee Initial <br /> 5-day Turnaround Additional $ 100.00 Initial <br /> Expedited Permit Fee (3 BD TAT) Additional $ 700.00 Initial <br /> Unless agreed otherwise by both parties, FR and the undersigned: <br /> An initial retainer of 50% of contract amount is required for a third party or clients with no <br /> established credit history with FR, and the balance must be collected before completion of <br /> field work. <br /> All additional consulting services provided for this project beyond the scope of this proposal <br /> will be charged at an hourly rate. 1.5% will be charged on all balances outstanding over 30 <br /> days. <br /> Full payment shall be remitted on or before the date of project completion in order for the <br /> final report to be released to the client. <br />
