APPLICABILITY OF THIS HASP <br /> This HASP was prepared in accordance with Geosyntec's HSE Procedures for use by Geosyntec <br /> project staff and subcontractors. Subcontractors, at a minimum, shall ensure that their employees, <br /> and those of its lower-tier subcontractors, comply with these procedures and other health, safety, <br /> and security provisions in the Subcontract. Compliance with this HASP shall represent the <br /> minimum requirements to be met by subcontractors, who shall be responsible for examining all <br /> requirements and determining whether additional or more stringent health, safety and security <br /> provisions are appropriate for their portion of the work and implementing them accordingly. <br /> Therefore,for firms executing all or any portion of the work,this document and its contents should <br /> not be used without a thorough peer review by their health and safety managers. Prior to <br /> commencing work, such firms are responsible for reviewing and supplementing the HASP to add <br /> appropriate procedures specific to their portion of the work. <br /> 5.
