SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1/1/2014 to
2/17/2060 for COUIEGECN located at
1000 E. Roth Rd., French Camp
Activity Date Recorded by
01/04/2018 Received the following information from Mike Algots regarding the disposal of the PE 2546 RUVALCABA
18 min waste. SC 544
"Disposal-
Based on the noted observations, here is what we understand about the material:
•? ? ? ? ?Material released is a food grade product, initially intended for consumer
consumption (therefore non-hazardous to begin with) that spilled within a transport
container.
•? ? ? ? ?Non-hazardous general use absorbent, rags, and other debris were
utilized to clean up the spilled amount within the container. Other miscellaneous
cardboard and plastic soaked debris used for transportation of the product was
also removed.
•? ? ? ? ?None of the materials generated/used have come into contact, nor has
the potential at this time to be impacted by any hazardous substance.
Based upon this information, there is no suspected hazardous characteristic to
anticipate at this time and therefore we are recommending to discard the material
in the municipal trash (such as the Lathrop Yard's bin). Note that the remaining
containers with minimal amounts of liquids can be emptied into any available sink
to minimize leaking from the trash bin. "
12/24/2019 Completed photo log. Found all pertinent paperwork. Created maps PE 2546 RUVALCABA
60 min SC 007
Abated complaint.
