A discussion of corrective action needs and options. <br />d. Proposed additional corrective action measures, as necessary. <br />e. A plan to monitor the progress of corrective action measures consistent <br />with the MRP. <br />f. Cost estimates for implementing additional corrective action, including <br />monitoring. <br />g. An implementation schedule. <br />8. Consistent with required facility monitoring under MRP Section B, the <br />Discharger shall investigate the following monitoring facilities and, by <br />31 March 2010, submit a facility status report that includes the items identified <br />below: <br />a. LCRS Sumps <br />1) A report describing current condition and operational controls. <br />2) A work plan and schedule for upgrading manually operated sumps (i.e., <br />Modules 1 and 3), as necessary, to comply with Facility Specification <br />C.4 of this Order. <br />b. Lysimeters <br />1) A report as to condition and operational status, including, but not limited <br />to, those lysimeters typically reported as dry (e.g., VZs-1 through -3). <br />2) A work plan and schedule for repair or replacement of any lysimeter <br />found not to be in good working order. <br />c. Monitoring Well G-2 <br />1) A report as to condition and operational status, including monitoring <br />history of the well. <br />2) A work plan and schedule for repair or replacement of the well, as <br />necessary. <br />9. By 30 April 2010, the Discharger shall submit for approval an updated <br />preliminary closure and postclosure maintenance plan (PCPMP) to reflect <br />current operations (including vertical expansion plans, if approved by LEA) and <br />requirements under these WDRs, including MRP No. R5-2010-0016. The <br />PCMP shall meet the requirements of Title 27 Section 21769(b) applicable to <br />an active landfill. The updated plan shall include updated third party cost <br />estimates for the following items, as necessary: <br />a. Landfill closure (e.g., grading, installation of cover) <br />b. Postclosure Maintenance (e.g., cover repairs, facility maintenance,
